Felony Bail Bonds

Felony bonds run from the low five figures to $150,000 and up. The 10% reduced premium applies on bonds above $5,000 with an approved cosigner.

02 Overview

Felony charges carry the largest bond amounts and the highest scrutiny on the bond posting process. We have been writing felony bonds in Denver-metro counties since 1988 and know each county's procedures.

03 The Process

How felony bonds move.

  1. 01

    Verify the bond amount

Felony bond amounts are set at the bond hearing. We confirm the amount with the holding facility before quoting.

  2. 02

    Underwrite the cosigner

On bonds above $5,000 with an approved cosigner, we are able to apply the reduced 10% premium.

  3. 03

Post bond at the holding facility

We post electronically at participating facilities to keep the release window inside the standard 2–4 hours.
