Domestic Violence Bail Bonds

Domestic violence cases are sensitive and time-critical. We offer empathetic support to clients and their families.

02 Overview

Domestic violence charges trigger immediate booking, mandatory holds, and frequently a protection order before any bond can be posted. We handle the bond paperwork with discretion and on the same 24/7 basis as all of our work.

03 The Process

How domestic violence bonds move.

  1. 01

Call us as soon as the booking number is issued

We begin paperwork while the protection-order paperwork is being processed by the court.

  2. 02

    Confirm no holds remain

Domestic violence cases sometimes carry mandatory hold periods set by the court. We confirm before posting.

  3. 03

    Post and release

Once cleared, bond posts at the holding facility and the standard 2–4 hour release window applies.

05 Questions

Specific to domestic violence.

A protection order does not by itself prevent bail. It places conditions on release — typically that the defendant must not contact the protected person. Those conditions apply once the bond is posted.
